Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns up to 14 days after the delivery date if you are not satisfied with it.
Customized products are accepted for returns in case of product problems.

How can you make a return?

Contact us through our Instagram page, via our email contacto@glamourystore.pt, or get in touch via the chat available on our website.

What is the order delivery time?

For personalized products, we have an estimated product preparation time of up to 5 working days.
This time adds the days for dispatch and delivery of the order to your address.

For all other products available on our page, delivery time is up to 48 hours.

Did you want to change the photo chosen at the time of purchase, or did you forget to include the photo when placing the order?

In these cases, the ideal would be to contact us by email or through our page. If you have not uploaded the photo, you must send it to us by email or to our page.

If you want to change the photo, we must check that it is not already in the production phase.

How can I see the photo on the customizable jewelry pendant?

You have 3 main ways to view your content:

  1. Peeking with your eyes
  2. With your cell phone camera, touching the lens to the pendant
  3. Using your cell phone's flash, on the back of the pendant, directing it towards a white wall, and with low light in the room.

Sim, podes efetuar o cancelamento da tua encomenda até 24h após a data em que foi realizada.
